Stefano Ricci presented its latest autumn-winter 2025–2026 collection with a stunning campaign that’s scaling new heights. Known for its effortless elegance and debonair flair, the menswear from the Italian maison has consistently peaked the Best of Style column almost annually with our critics as the Florentine fashion house has been on par with the finest threads since the 1970s. Its latest campaign, gloriously distracting, has once again stopped us in our tracks.
The “Mission Peru” theme, part of the brand’s latest expedition, is a grand extension of its consistent ideology of global exploration, a hallmark of the Ricci ethos of taking the road less travelled. And the visuals are breathtaking—we are absolutely besotted by the inspiration the team has found in the verdant landscapes of Peru. The mountainous terrain, the colour and attire of the indigenous people, and the striking contrast of monochrome full looks with the land’s natural hues are shot in panoramic glory in one of the wonders of the world.
Inspired by the ancient Inca quipu, the latest collection presents a remarkable fusion of traditional and contemporary design across 67 meticulously crafted pieces. Key highlights include garments fashioned from “royal” vicuña wool, historically reserved for Inca nobility, alongside an array of parkas, puffer jackets, and tailored ensembles made from premium natural fibres. The colour palette is a celebration of rich cochineal red and the tranquil blues of Lake Titicaca. The “SR Explorer” project exemplifies Ricci’s unwavering dedication to supporting local institutions that safeguard cultural heritage and promote sustainability. The brand has established a new partnership with the Centro de Textiles Tradicionales del Cusco, funding weaving courses to nurture the next generation of artisans.
“This collection is a journey into ancient traditions, reinterpreted for today’s global citizen,” says creative director Filippo Ricci. “Each piece embodies a dialogue between Inca textile artistry and the maison’s craftsmanship, achieving a seamless integration of heritage and modern elegance.” Enjoy the gallery, and see if you can resist the call of the Inca.
