Publisher’s Letter
It is with great pleasure that I present to you Robb Report Hong Kong’s Best of the Best 2025, our third edition. For those of you familiar with our definitive luxury lifestyle tome, welcome back. For new readers, we are excited to share with you our annual curation, where we shed light on the finest products, places, and experiences that, quite frankly, money can buy.
Starting with our Robb Report pillars, Wheels, Wings, and Water, we take a deep dive into the world of luxurious automobiles, aviation, and marine motors. Watches, Style, and Jewellery bring the razzle-dazzle to our illustrious spreads, while Travel and Wines & Spirits add lifestyle pizzazz. Art, Design & Gear highlights age-old wonders and some new-age ones, too, while Property provides a snapshot of the market with alacrity and accuracy.
As we reflect on 2024, it was the year of partnerships for Robb Report Hong Kong—and we kept it “on brand,” as the expression goes. We were the official media partners for the Oxford and Cambridge Varsity Ball, the Longines Hong Kong International Horse Show, the Italian Chamber of Commerce Gala Dinner, and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra’s Golden Celebrations as the venerated establishment celebrated 50 fabulous years, among others.
One of our signature live media experiences, the annual Culinary Masters event, made a spectacular return to MGM Cotai in June. In partnership with MGM, we celebrated the extraordinary gastronomic traditions found along the maritime and land routes of the Silk Road with an incredible lineup of exceptional chefs. With a collective six Michelin stars among them, these luminaries created dishes that bridged centuries and cultures, weaving a tapestry of flavours that not only echoed Silk Road history, but also honoured the epic travels of Marco Polo. Our RR1 Hong Kong members embarked on an epicurean quest for a moving feast like no other.
However, our most ambitious event of the year was unquestionably a Hong Kong original: the first-ever Leaders of Luxury Summit 2024. For decades, Robb Report has adeptly guided a discerning global community to the most extraordinary destinations, magnificent events, and unmissable releases, shaping the nuances of both work and leisure. Last November, we commemorated a significant milestone as Robb Report Hong Kong gathered influential and knowledgeable delegates from numerous luxury sectors for a series of panel discussions and keynotes, providing a vital platform for discourse, engagement, and thought leadership.
Supported by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the prestigious Leaders of Luxury Summit 2024 attracted a distinguished audience from around the world. More than 50 eminent speakers took the stage to share their insights, and over 550-plus by-invitation-only guests from over 16 countries and territories were present to witness this historic event and absorb the words of industry titans as various conversations explored the current trends, disruptions, and future directions of the global luxury market. Our glamorous Best of the Best black-tie gala dinner ended the exciting day of programmes on a celebratory note. As we look towards the future and what 2025 brings, we at Robb Report Hong Kong remain steadfast in our commitment to exploring the intricate interplay between luxury, lifestyle, and the best of the best. Join us on this exciting journey, one page at a time.
