Executive chef Maxime Gilbert of two-Michelin-starred Écriture is inviting six celebrated chefs to collaborate with him on an exclusive 14-hands fundraising dinner, including the founder of the benefitting charity, Antoine Alléno Association. Founded in 2022 by chef Yannick Alléno following the tragic passing of his son, the organisation is devoted to preventing acts of violence against young people as well as supporting the victims and their families.

For one night only on 23 March, a group of esteemed culinary greats will join hands for a much-anticipated reunion since last working together at Le Meurice 18 years ago. From starters to dessert, guests will be treated to a feast worthy of as many as 24 Michelin stars combined, complemented by a hand-picked selection of sought-after spirits, such as Château d’Yquem wines and Iwa sake.

Cooking alongside Gilbert and Alléno are Cyril Bonnard, executive chef of Le Parc Hotel Obernai; Julien Tongourian, executive chef of three-Michelin-starred L’Atelier Joël Robuchon, Hong Kong; Marie Wucher, chef de pâtisserie of Le Parc Hotel Obernai; Nicolas Beaumann, executive chef of two-Michelin-starred Maison Rostang; and Yoric Tièche, executive chef of one-Michelin-starred Le Cap at Four Seasons Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat.

Guests are encouraged to partake in the charity auction taking place at the end of the evening where one-of-a-kind pieces from Louis Vuitton, Van Cleef & Arpels, Hublot, and more will go under the hammer, with all proceeds from this special evening going to the Antoine Alléno Association.

Bookings for this exclusive dinner are only available by table, with a minimum of two guests per reservation, starting at HK$17,888. Save the date and book your table here.
