Featuring the culinary genius of the renowned master chef Pierre Gagnaire, this exquisite event promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience that captures the essence of nature, golden bubbles, true epicurean artistry, and fine dining.

For over two centuries, Perrier-Jouët has distinguished itself not only through its exceptional Champagnes but also through a long-standing commitment to the arts and nature. It is this ethos that has inspired the house to forge connections with culinary masters and legends worldwide, culminating in the establishment of the Perrier-Jouët Society—a unique platform for chefs to engage in meaningful culinary dialogues, celebrating the intersection of gastronomy and nature. Hong Kong’s Arts Month has come to an end, but the Perrier-Jouët Society continues its month-long celebration till 25 April through a showcase of innovative dishes designed to evoke the natural world through captivating flavours and artistic presentations. Luminaries such as Gagnaire is part of the lineup, collaborating with Rosewood Hong Kong pastry chef Jonathan Soukdeo at The Butterfly Room to present a sumptuous afternoon tea experience.

Gagnaire, a titan of the culinary world with multiple Michelin stars to his name, embodies a philosophy where nature plays a central role in his cuisine. “Nature dictates my cuisine and gives it meaning,” he says, emphasising the importance of seasonal ingredients and authentic flavours that have been part of his ethos since the very beginning. From 25 March to 25 April, The Butterfly Room is offering a specially curated Perrier-Jouët Champagne afternoon tea set, which includes savoury and sweet canapés, showcasing the harmonious blend of Gagnaire’s famed culinary vision and Soukdeo’s pastry expertise.

In addition to the afternoon tea, Perrier-Jouët will host a Champagne Gastronomy Getaway at Michelin-starred restaurants Feuille and Racines. At Feuille, Joris Rousseau has curated a series of dishes to complement selected Perrier-Jouët labels, enhancing the dining experience with a commitment to sustainability and the celebration of local ingredients, embodying the house’s dedication to preserving nature. Moreover, Perrier-Jouët’s partnership with local beekeeping organisation, Save Local Bees, highlights a dedication to environmental stewardship, as honey sourced from local hives is incorporated into Rousseau’s desserts at Feuille. Also, a complimentary glass of Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut will be offered on Mondays as a welcome drink at Feuille, ensuring that every visit is imbued with a sense of celebration.

Racines will feature Romain Dupeyre’s interpretation of Perrier-Jouët pairing dishes, focused on locally sourced ingredients that harmonise beautifully with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé Champagne. His culinary creations, which include a remarkable dish of aged pigeon paired with beetroot and strawberries, reflect a meticulous attention to detail and a deep respect for culinary heritage. Enhancing the dining experience at both restaurants, guests have the option to upgrade their meals to a selection of four glasses of illustrious Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
