In November of last year, Paradero Todos Santos expanded its portfolio with the addition of two dozen hotel-serviced villa suites. Now, the eco-chic resort property in Mexico has put a collection of branded homes within the town’s first gated community on the market—in case you want to make your stay more permanent.

The 41-room Baja hotel has just launched sales of Paradero Homes, its debut residential collection. Altogether, the gated enclave features 26 fully furnished homes nestled within a UNESCO-designated Biosphere Reserve. The turnkey residences range from four- to six-bedroom layouts with prices starting at a cool US$2.5 million (HK$19.4 million).

The homes have open living, dining, and kitchen areas that spill onto spacious terraces.

“We are incredibly excited to market Paradero Homes in the US,” said Compass agent Tomer Fridman who is marketing the development with his Jones Fridman International & Associates team. “This area of Mexico is rapidly becoming a coveted destination, and the quality of design, architecture, and elevated quiet luxury that Paradero offers aligns perfectly with the discerning tastes of our clients.”

Designed by award-winning Mexican architect Gabriela Carrillo, the brutalist-style homes look to the local surroundings for inspiration. Carrillo was tapped to tackle the exterior while the interiors were crafted by Estudio Esterlina, who also worked on the Four Seasons in Tamarindo. Constructed from natural materials, the desert-hued abodes are spread out across two floors with open-plan living spaces, sunken dining rooms, and landscaped roofs with hammocks for stargazing. In addition, each property has its own organic garden and private swimming pool.

The residences feature brutalist-style design elements such as concrete walls and floors.

Of course, residents of the community will have full access to the hotel’s amenities, including a 130-foot-long infinity pool, the Ojo de Agua spa, the Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant Tenoch, and an all-new clubhouse. Plus, buyers will be able to partake in local activities offered by the resort, such as surfing, mountain biking, and farming. Or, you can always hop aboard its custom, eco-friendly catamaran for a voyage around the Sea of Cortez.

“In markets like Los Angeles, New York, or the Hamptons, a comparable development offering the same level of design, amenities, and privacy as Paradero Homes could easily command prices into the tens of millions,” added agent Jen Winston of Jones Fridman International at Compass. “This makes Paradero Homes an exceptional value proposition for US buyers, providing an opportunity to own a luxurious, ecologically sensitive residence in a world-class destination at a fraction of the cost.”
