Can there be a travel souvenir more meaningful than a unique watch commemorating the hotel you love? If you happen to be enjoying your time at Cheval Blanc Randheli in the Maldives, consider bringing home a custom Hublot wrist candy—the luxury watchmaker has just rolled out two special-edition collectables to celebrate the resort’s ninth trip around the sun.

Both timepieces belong to Hublot’s Big Bang Unico and Big Bang One Click series, respectively. Named after Cheval Blanc, the designs take inspiration from the resort’s signature hue and the iconic Maldivian sun to create a taupe-coloured dial and yellow ceramic bezel. Here’s where the similarities end, as the Big Bang Unico Cheval Blanc Randheli sports a skeleton dial, while the Big Bang One Click Cheval Blanc Randheli features a taupe dial adorned with 11 brilliant white diamonds that serve as indices and a date aperture at 3 o’clock.

Alligator leather straps in white and grey complete the set, with the option of an extra white line rubber strap for further styling options. Only 25 numbered pieces per model were made, exclusive to the Maison Concept Store inside Cheval Blanc Randheli. The launch of the ninth-anniversary collection marks the third time the Swiss luxury watchmaker has curated special-edition timepieces for the hotel.

Located in the secluded northern Noonu Atoll of the Maldives, the 46-villa resort is one of the only five Cheval Blanc-branded properties in the world. Its most luxurious accommodation is a four-bedroom villa nestled on a secluded, one-hectare private island with a dedicated team of staff members and holistic amenities, including a private spa treatment room and a separate guest villa.
