Calling all Batman superfans. Your very own Wayne Manor awaits.
Real estate marketing division Luxury Portfolio International, of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, has teamed up with Warner Brothers Discovery Global Consumer Products on a residential capsule collection inspired by everyone’s favourite DC superhero. The partnership is part of the Wayne Enterprises Experience, a new luxury shopping platform that lets fans snag everything from Pininfarina hypercars, watches, and lavish homes inspired by the caped crusader.
“The Wayne Enterprises Experience is a natural fit for Luxury Portfolio International,” Jennifer Woodring, vice president of marketing and brand collaborations at Luxury Portfolio International, said in a press statement. “The exclusive world inhabited by Bruce Wayne and his estates inspired our imaginations. With this creative juxtaposition, we hope to reach new audiences while delighting our existing clientele and prompting them to think about luxury real estate from a new angle.”
Standouts from the first-of-its-kind collection include an over-the-top mountain mansion in Utah known as Cascade. The palatial pad sits on five-and-a-half acres and is propped up along a cliff overlooking Park City. In other words, it’s got all the makings of a secret lair. On the market for US$22.9 million (HK$178.7 million) with Windermere Real Estate, the glassy abode was famously designed by architectural designer Wallace Cunningham and features custom furnishings, a glass-and-steel elevator, a floating walnut staircase, and slabs of Italian Serpentine Verde stone. Altogether, the 8,000-square-foot home is decked out with four bedrooms, a movie theatre, and a yoga studio.
There’s also a less conventional hideout that trades the Gotham City for a private island paradise in Dubai. Listed for US$20 million (HK$156.1 million) with Savoir Privé Properties, the not-yet-built stunner will take shape in Tilal Al Ghaf, an exclusive residential community on Lanai Island. The development itself is being designed by South African architecture studio SAOTA, alongside London’s Kelly Hoppen. Once complete, the complex will comprise 13 elaborate mega-mansions, while the home on offer will feature seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and a whopping 21,640 square feet of living space.
According to Luxury Portfolio International, prospective buyers can expect additional properties to pop up in the coming months—a penthouse in Gotham City, perhaps? In the meantime, fans can browse the capsule collection on the BruceWayneX website. All that’s missing is a butler, a secret underground bunker, and your very own Batmobile.
