Bilgin’s new Camila, which has spent its summer cruising the Mediterranean Sea, has one of the most dynamic interiors in its class, as just-revealed images from the shipyard disclose. The second in the Turkish yard’s 50-metre series has a curved central staircase that focuses the interior, also incorporating natural woods, polished metals, and textiles drawn into a cohesive interior by Italy’s Hot Lab design studio.

There’s little coincidence that the cabin of this second yacht of Bilgin’s 163 series resembles the first, Eternal Spark, which Hot Lab also designed. The winner of a 2025 Robb Report Best of the Best Award for its central staircase, Eternal Spark’s interior bears a family resemblance to its sistership, Camila, but is a bit more ostentatious.

The spiral staircase is one of Camila’s signature features.

“With Camila, we wanted to strike a delicate balance between warmth and sophistication,” said Enrico Lumini, Hot Lab’s head of design, in a statement. “This project represents a natural evolution of the design direction established for the shipyard. Every element on board has been carefully crafted to offer both sophistication and comfort.”

The interior includes features such as a custom chandelier in the main foyer that is nearly 20 feet in length, fusing hundreds of glass leaves. Its effect is magnified in the lobby, which features more glass and polished metal to reflect the light, and give the space a sense of airiness. Bilgin Yachts’s commercial director Berkay Yılmaz explained that the owner was deeply involved in the design. “Interiors have been described as a beautiful, bespoke homage to the owner’s lifestyle and elegantly designed elements inside and outside made her a stunning yacht,” he said in a statement.

Other custom features include an onyx table in the formal dining area, surrounded by marble and wood floors, Minotti lounges in the main salon, a custom, leather-wrapped light over the master bed in the main suite, and a beautiful upper salon.

Bilgin claims that Unique Yacht Design’s exterior offers 20 percent more usable space than competitors in its size range. After cruising the Med this summer, the owner plans to bring Camila to US waters in the autumn.
